    Outdoor Classes in Francis Park

One of our favorite things about Music & Me is getting to make music outside! During warmer months, our South City classes meet in beautiful Francis Park in St. Louis Hills.

Bring a blanket, find a spot in the grass and get ready to sing, dance and play together.

  • A young child with blond hair in a church, wearing colorful rubber boots, gray pants, a t-shirt with dinosaur prints, holding a rainbow-colored stacking toy, and looking downward. Other children are in the background, some sitting on a blanket and others standing, with a church interior featuring high wooden ceiling beams and stained glass windows.

    Indoor Classes at Hope UCC

When St. Louis weather sends us indoors, we don't have to go far! Our beautiful indoor space at Hope UCC is right across the street from Francis Park in St. Louis Hills.

We head inside on rainy days and during the colder months, so families can keep singing, playing and connecting with us year-round.

    Big feelings belong here, too.

As parents and educators, we know little kids can have some pretty big feelings.

Through original songs, puppets and play, we help children name their feelings, express their emotions and practice simple tools they can carry with them beyond class.

  • Purple background with colorful Mardi Gras masks, confetti, and streamers, promoting a musical Mardi Gras celebration.

    Come as you are

There’s no “right” way to participate in Music & Me.

Children are welcome to sing, dance, sit and watch, move around, take a break or join in when they’re ready. We embrace different personalities, abilities, sensory needs and ways of engaging.

Our classes are intentionally inclusive and neurodiversity-affirming, creating space for every child and grown-up to feel comfortable, supported and welcome.

Because belonging doesn’t require fitting in.

  • A Halloween-themed poster for a musical costume parade in South City at Francis Park featuring ghosts, bats, spiders, pumpkins, and skeletons with event details.

    Community

Music & Me is about more than what happens during class. We want families to find connection, build friendships and feel part of a community.

Throughout the year, we bring families together through free community events, concerts, sing-alongs and other opportunities to play and connect beyond our weekly classes.
